We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products, you can return them to us for a replacement or refund. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.

We can not accept return of our products however if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.

If you change your mind and cancel your order before it has been shipped we will refund you the amount paid for the product however if we have already started to ship your order we will not refund the shipping fee.

Please remember every handmade product is unique: Due the the handmade nature of our products, every hero item we create is always slightly different and no two products are identical.  We try to make the colours in our photos a true representation of the actual colour but this can of course differ on each computer screen.
